Loads of planning. Money spent out. And now to cancel

The global pandemic will change lives across the globe. None for the better. A vacation is merely small beer in the scheme of things.

Lives matter more.

So far the spread to Western Europe beyond Italy has been very slow. In UK we have quite a few cases but locally in Kent around 7. That might change as we move ahead through March.

We are due to go to Spain on April 11th and so we are concerned that we might get the virus here and not be able to travel, or that Spain will be on lock-down and once we get there we might not get back!

I guess it is a wait and see world.

Update 13/03/2020

Cases are going up and up in the UK and in Spain. Parts of Northern Spain and Madrid are now on some sort of lockdown.
